How Turnkey works

Define the offering. Sell or trial it. Measure demand. Only then invest in the operational software.
  1. Step 1

    Catalog

Every product module and managed service is listed with the problem it solves, a feature list, a pricing placeholder, and a trial offer. That is enough to have a sales conversation.

  2. Step 2

    Interest and trials

Contractors tell us what they want. We open trials — often fulfilled with existing third-party tools or a manual workflow — and record what happened.

  3. Step 3

    Subscriptions and feedback

If they stay, we track a subscription and notes. If they leave, we record why. Conversion, revenue, effort, and margin sit next to each offering.

  4. Step 4

    Build only what earns it

Stage 1 is manual or a vendor. Stage 2 is our integration. Stage 3 is owning the expensive pieces. Stage 4 is proprietary infrastructure — and only when volume and margin justify it.
